This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. Keltron respects and protects the privacy of the individuals that access the information and use the services provided through them. Individually identifiable information about the User is not willfully disclosed to any third party without first receiving the User’s permission, as covered in this Privacy Policy.

Welcome to the Website of Keltron Knowledge Services Group (KSG), Thiruvananthapuram. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Site. It governs your relationship with KSG, Thiruvananthapuram regarding your use of the Site. This Website provides general information regarding the Institution and its services. KSG, Thiruvananthapuram urges you not to assume that information on a particular topic on the site is complete or up-to-date. Online payment system is provided by Keltron Knowledge Services Group. KSG may update these terms from time to time & any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms.
Registration & Fee Payment
We welcome users to register on our digital platform. We offer online registration services which may be subject to change in the future. Registration services are offered for individual. The details of the Services we are offering are listed in the site ksg.keltron.in.
There will be an additional nominal amount chargeable from the users as payment gateway service charge in case of online payment.
The User agrees that the debit/credit card details provided by him/ her for online payment must be correct and accurate and that the User shall not use a debit/ credit card, that is not lawfully owned by him/ her or the use of which is not authorized by the lawful owner thereof. The User further agrees and undertakes to provide correct and valid debit/credit card details.
Discounts & Offers
Discounts & Offers can be amended or withdrawn at any time. More than one stated discounts cannot be combined and only one discount can be applicable for one user.
Refunds & Caution
Once the fee is paid, refund will not be allowed at any circumstances. In case the Website or Payment Service Provider?s web page, that is linked to the Website, is experiencing any server related issues like slow down or failure or session timeout, the User shall, before initiating the second payment,, check whether his/her Bank Account has been debited or not.
Third Party Sites
Certain features of our services may utilize the support of Technical Partners/Third Parties. Keltron will not take any responsibility on the contents of such sites / services offered by such Technical Partners/Third Parties.
Governing Law
The Law of lands of India will be applicable. The Law Courts of Thiruvananthapuram shall have jurisdiction for any disputes.
KELTRON and KE logo are registered trademarks under the Trade Marks Act 1999. Use of KELTRON logos without written permission is an offence and will be considered as infringement of our IP Rights.
Acceptance of the Terms & Condition
Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility.
Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms do not use this facility. Your payment will normally reach the account of Kerala State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd. (KSEDC Ltd.), to which you are making a payment, within two working days. We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct KSEDC Ltd. account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier/merchant for any reason.

The User agrees, understands and confirms that his/ her personal data including without limitation details relating to debit card/ credit card transmitted over the Internet may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, theft and/ or fraud and Keltron have no control over such matters. Although all reasonable care has been taken towards guarding against unauthorized use of any information transmitted by the User, Keltron does not represent or guarantee that the use of the Services provided by/ through it will not result in theft and/or unauthorized use of data over the Internet.
